Die Geschichte mit der Gesamt-Ausgabe hat sich als recht ganz stichhältig erwiesen. Ich denke Euch schon in Galtür. Da Du Dir Deine Korrespondenz nachsenden lässt, riskiere ich am Wenigsten mit diesem Wege. Ich bin begierig von Dir zu hören. Was ist’s für Werk das von Dir jetzt erschien? Mir erzählte jemand es gesehen zu haben in einer Auslage, konnte mir außer dem Worte „Grundlagen“ nichts mehr vom Titel sagen?! 2 Ich habe Gott sei Dank Vally u. die Kinder in Bistrai bei Bielitz. [postmark:] || BADGASTEIN | -5 VII 26 13 | * * * || {verso} ⇧ Badgastein July 5, 1926 Dearest Heinrich, 1 I have arrived here, with difficulty, for the treatment of my suffering cadaver. I hope it will be useful. The story about your collected edition [of the Beethoven sonatas] proved to be entirely true. I am thinking of the two of you in Galtür. Since you have your correspondence forwarded, I am taking the least amount of risk in this way [i.e. by sending this postcard to Vienna]. I am anxious to hear from you. What sort of work of yours has just been published? Someone told me that he had seen it in a shop window, could not tell me anything about the title except for the word "Grundlagen"?! 2 Thank God that I have Vally and the children in Bistrai, near Bielitz.
